Consultation on the Draft Environmental Permitting Regulations Guidance for Exempt Waste Operations

The joint Defra and Welsh Assembly Government are seeking views on the structure and content of the draft environmental permitting guidance for exempt waste operations. The aim of the review is to provide a more risk based and proportionate approach to the regulation of waste recovery and disposal operations, complementing the new environmental permitting regime.The deadline for responses to the consultation is 5th January 2010.
